1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Nordic GoGo ApS online store.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment will be processed in accordance with the selected payment method.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please check your order confirmation and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.

4. Delivery

Nordic Gogo ApS delivers to addresses within Denmark unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed before the order is completed.

Express / Next-Day Delivery

For eligible products and delivery areas, orders placed on a business day before 

14:00 can be delivered on the next business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or on public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

Next-day delivery is subject to product availability, the selected delivery method and the delivery address.

Any specific delivery conditions will be displayed at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-days right of withdrawal for online purchases in accordance with applicable Danish and EU consumer legislation.

The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the customer receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact Nordic Gogo ApS clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

6. Returns

Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

The customer may inspect the product as would normally be possible in a physical shop. Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product may be deducted from the refund.

7. Refunds

Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, Nordic Gogo ApS will refund the payments received in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

8. Two-Year Right of Complaint(Reklamationsret)

All purchases are covered by the 2 year statutory right of complaint (reklamationsret) under 9 under Danish law.

9. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an ordered product unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and, where applicable, refund the relevant amount.

10. Personal Data

Personal information provided when placing an order will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and purchases made from Nordic Gogo ApS are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the customer.
